The client (USER), declares that all and each one of the data and contributed informations given are correct; that knows and accepts in their integrity the general terms and conditions of purchase that will rule, starting from the moment to complete the purchase process with JOYERIA HISPANA company.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. OBJECT

The present contract regulates the general conditions of purchase between the client (USER) and the JOYERIA HISPANA company (SELLER). The benefit of the mentioned service is based on the registration, on the part of the USER like Data of the Client.

2.USER

2.1. It´s understood as USER any person (natural or juridical)
2.2. The subscribed purchase has personal and nonnegotiable character, not being able to be given its use to a third party without the previous consent in writing of the JOYERIA HISPANA company.
2.3. because the products for sale are of individual character and personalized for each contracting client, after being started the elaboration of these ones cancellations or modifications won´t be accepted.

3. VIDEO CONFERENCE

JOYERIA HISPANA has the technology to offer video conference for selling its products by internet. this technology is used to give our clients reliability and safety buying with us. 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PLACE

4.1. The USER is responsible for picking up the products by its own in the address of the JOYERIA HISPANA company, carrying by its payment voucher. In case that the client don´t be able to go to the address from the JOYERIA HISPANA company, the merchandise will be delivered through the shipping company selected exclusively by the JOYERIA HISPANA company and passed to the USER previous presentation and verification of the payment voucher.

4. PAYMENT METHODS.

The USER has the option of paying in our offices in cash or with credit/debit card, to do a deposit in bank entity or with credit card using the web page.

5. DELIVERY TIME

5.1.The delivery time of any order will be agreed between the USER and the JOYERIA HISPANA company.
5.2. If the USER chose to go to our office to pay her order, the same one is not considered accepted by the JOYERIA HISPANA company until the client does and the corresponding receipt will be emitted.

6. TAXES

For all our products the IVA tax effective will be charged in the delivery time.

7. HOME

For all the effects of this contract, their consequences and related, it is chosen like special, only and exclusive home to the city of Bogotá D.C, to the jurisdiction of whose tribunals the parts declare to subject.

8. WARRANTY

The warranty covers the quality of alloy used in the precious metal chosen to made the jewel article agree with the client and the legitimacy of the gemstones given. JOYERIA HISPANA won´t take responsability about loss or damage caused to the jewel article by wrong use or accident, or gemstones loss, no matter if these are natural or synthetic.

9. REFUNDS

We in JOYERIA HISPANA encourage to giving you plenty satisfaction with each purchase you made. JOYERIA HISPANA won´t admit any refunds about jewelry articles that can be reproduced, copied, or that the gemstones can be replaced. JOYERIA HISPANA reserves the right to ask for a compensation to recover some of posible damage made to the jewelry articles, also to recover part of the spendings produced by the refund.
Refunds won´t be admitted in case of the jewelry articles made are personalized (including wedding bands and engagement rings).
The USER will assume costs of importation and shippment that takes place in case of fixing the size of the rings or wedding bands, request about changing the gemstones or modifying the jewel.

10. MONEY NEGOCIATED

All our negotiations are effective in colombian pesos. The prices shown in US dollars and other foreing currency are suggested for exportations. The cost of the jewelry article will be taken with the actual currency valid for the day the transactions were made.

11. DISCLAIMER

Its understood that the CLIENT, at the moment of making effective their purchase, read entirely and accept all the terms, conditions and restrictions of this contract.
