VIDEO CONFERENCE

Joyeria Hispana has available the video technology conference for the sale of its products by Internet. this technology consists of using the tools necessary to give to our clients the trustworthiness and the security in its purchases. This way the client gets connected through internet to a video-call in which is directly connected to JOYERIA HISPANA so it´s posible to see in real time our products and our facilities, also to have a direct contact with us.

After receiving the authorization of Joyeria Hispana and receiving the address of the web site and the assigned user and password, Explorer will show this screen.

The system needs some drivers installed on your PC for the accomplishment of the video conference. Is required that the client allows Internet explorer to install the ActiveX controls needed. The following screen shows the request of the Explorer in the light yellow strip below the address bar.

It´s as simple as click in the strip and click again where it says " install ActiveX control".

The explorer shows a small window with the confirmation of the installation of the Activex control, the user must click in the button " install", and the system installed it automatically

Once installed the controller, the explorer will show a small window with boxes to put in the user and password assigned formerly.

Finally the client will have to introduce the username and password assigned by Joyeria Hispana and next to do click in the button apply

Once confirmed these data the corresponding video will be starts in the window and one of our advisers will personally take care of it in real time
